Cooking steps

1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.

2. Add sliced mushrooms and diced pork to the skillet, cook until pork is browned and mushrooms are tender.

3. Stir in shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.

4. Pour in ketchup and tomato sauce, season with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Simmer for a few minutes.

5. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and add to the skillet. Toss everything together.

6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
