Cooking steps

1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant.

3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to brown.

4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and a can of drained sardines. Cook for a few minutes.

5. Add in chunks of salmon and tuna, cook until seafood is cooked through.

6. Toss in cooked spaghetti and fresh spinach, mix well until spinach wilts.

7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
