1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, minced garlic, diced salmon, diced tuna, and mayonnaise.
3. Add in diced red bell pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Form the seafood mixture into patties and place them on the grill.
5. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
