Cooking steps

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of sour cream and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Set aside.

3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

4. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

5. Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

7. Drain a can of tuna and flake it into small pieces. Spread the tuna evenly over the cheese.

8. Thinly slice some red onion and black olives. Scatter them over the tuna.

9. Sprinkle some chopped fresh basil leaves over the toppings.

10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

11. Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza.

12. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

13. While the pizza is baking, prepare the lettuce. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.

14. Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

15. Spread the garlic sour cream mixture over the pizza.

16. Top the pizza with the torn lettuce leaves.

17. Finally, garnish with a few anchovy fillets.
