Cooking Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add 1 cup of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.

4. While the dough is rising, prepare the toppings. Slice the salmon into thin strips and shred the crab meat. Julienne the carrots and finely chop the garlic and onion.

5. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until they become translucent. Add the tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.

6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a round shape on a floured surface.

7. Place the rolled dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the tomato sauce mixture evenly over the dough. Top with the shredded cheese, salmon, crab meat, and julienned carrots.

8. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the beaten eggs over the pizza toppings.

9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
