Cooking steps

1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into burger patties.

2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

3. While the burgers are cooking, mash the red beans in a bowl until they form a paste-like consistency. Add in grated carrots and mix well.
