Cooking steps

1. Peel and devein the shrimp, then chop them into small pieces.

3. In a pan, heat the lard and sauté the chopped vegetables until they are soft.

4. Add the chopped shrimp to the pan and cook until they are pink and cooked through.

5. In a bowl, mix the cooked shrimp and vegetables with breadcrumbs and beaten egg to form patties.

6. Heat some lard in a pan and fry the shrimp patties until they are golden brown on both sides.

7. Toast the buns in the pan until they are warm and slightly crispy.

8. Assemble the burger by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, then adding lettuce, tomato, the shrimp patty, cheese, and finally the top bun.
