Cooking steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender and slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. If desired, spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.

4. Divide the cooked mushrooms evenly among two slices of bread. Top with the drained tuna and sliced avocado.

5. Place the sliced chicken breast on the other two slices of bread. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.

6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and carefully assemble the sandwiches by placing the mushroom and tuna slices on top of the chicken and cheese slices.

8. Optional: Add lettuce and tomato slices for extra freshness and crunch.
